1. Overview

Rendune is a browser extension and web-based video editing tool designed to create professional screen recordings with automatic zoom and pan effects. Users can access basic features for free, with premium features available through subscriptions.

2. Accounts

To use Rendune's premium features, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your name and payment details. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to your chosen subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Free Features and Subscriptions

Rendune offers a free plan with 3 free video renders and basic editing features for non-commercial use. Premium subscriptions provide unlimited renders, commercial usage rights, and advanced features.

Subscription Plans: We offer a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans with unlimited access to premium features. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the free plan with 3 free renders remaining.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create with Rendune. By using our service, you grant Rendune a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or create using Rendune. You may not use Rendune to create content that violates laws or third-party rights.

5. Video Storage and Project Management

Rendune stores your video projects and associated data on secure cloud servers. You can access, manage, and delete your projects at any time through your account interface.

Project Storage: Your videos and projects are stored securely and can be deleted immediately by you from the interface. We do not retain deleted projects and they are permanently removed from our systems.

Data Retention: Projects remain accessible as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your projects until the end of your billing period, after which they may be deleted.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect the minimal personal data necessary to provide our services, including account information and usage analytics. We do not collect personal data such as names or emails unless you provide them during account creation.

Rendune collects non-personal data, including cookies and IP addresses, to provide analytics services and improve user experience. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use: Data collected through our software is used solely for service improvement and analytics purposes. We do not sell any collected data to third parties. For debugging or support purposes, authorized Rendune personnel may need to access specific user data related to your account or usage to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, Rendune is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Rendune for illegal purposes or to incite others to commit illegal acts. Prohibited uses include:

• Creating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Generating harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service to compete with or harm Rendune

9. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of Rendune after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
