At Rendune, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This policy explains our refund terms and conditions.
1. Purpose of this Policy
This Refund Policy sets forth the conditions under which Rendune customers may request a refund for paid subscriptions or services.
2. Refund Eligibility
Rendune offers a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the first payment if the service does not meet your expectations, no questions asked.
A refund may also be granted after this period in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Verified technical issues preventing use of the service.
- Erroneous renewals or billing errors attributable to Rendune.
Requests must be submitted from the original account associated with the purchase and must include proof of payment or transaction ID.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to support@rendune.com and must include:
- The email address linked to your account.
- Proof of payment or transaction reference.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
Once the request is verified, Rendune will initiate the refund process and notify you via email.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law. Depending on your payment provider, it may take between three (3) and ten (10) business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Misuse of the refund process or repeated refund requests for the same account.
- Fraudulent transactions or violations of Rendune's Terms of Service.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms, subject to those vendors' policies.
6. Effect of Refund
Upon confirmation of the refund, access to paid or premium features of Rendune will be terminated immediately. Your account will revert to the free plan, with access only to the features available in that plan. You may subscribe again at any time.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Submitting a refund request does not automatically cancel future renewals. To stop automatic billing, you must cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for previous payments, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
8. Policy Updates
Rendune may modify this Refund Policy to ensure compliance with new legal requirements or operational updates. The updated version will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of Rendune services after the publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
